Why we built the site
One cross-border sale can involve several regimes and decision-makers.
A foreign business may need to separate the BDO entry, the recycling levels, WEEE and batteries, while also mapping marketplaces, own-shop sales and Polish importers.
The site structures those first questions and links to primary sources. It does not replace the BDO register, the Ministry of Climate and Environment, a marshal’s office, a recovery organisation, a marketplace or legal advice.
When someone requests help, the EPR Europe team responds on behalf of the company operating eprpoland.com. Any proposal, mandate or service is agreed separately outside the public site.

Institutional context
Official evidence comes from the body that issues it.
The register, the marshal’s decision, a recovery-organisation contract and a marketplace field are four separate things. Always match the document to the entity, product stream and sales route.
State register
BDO register
The database of products, packaging and waste management. An entry produces the nine-digit registry number, and the annual report is filed inside the system. Unrelated to BDO the audit network.
Registering authority
Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship
Receives the paper application from a foreign company without a Polish branch, decides the entry and collects the registration and annual fees.
National ministry
Ministry of Climate and Environment
Sets the registration and annual fees, the annual recycling levels and the product-fee rates by regulation, and runs the BDO system.
PPWR framework
European Union
Regulation (EU) 2025/40 has applied since 12 August 2026. The producer registers it foresees depend on an implementing act that has not yet been adopted.
eprpoland.com is an independent private service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the BDO register, the Ministry of Climate and Environment, any marshal’s office, the environmental inspectorate, any recovery organisation, Allegro or Amazon. It is also unconnected to BDO the international audit and advisory network, whose name the Polish register shares. Each organisation controls its own decisions and evidence.
