Review PPWR
Poland cost calculator · 2026 rates

Estimate the statutory product fee without hiding it inside a service fee.

Enter the annual packaging mass by material. The calculator prices the shortfall against each 2026 recycling level at the statutory rate, applies the one-tonne de minimis threshold and the 100 zł collection floor, and keeps every statutory charge outside our private fees.

01

What do you place on the Polish market?

Packaging can be estimated below. WEEE and battery obligations require a separate product classification and manual quote.

03

Your packaging mix

The product fee is what you owe by doing nothing, and every input to it is published. A recovery organisation is normally cheaper, but no Polish organisation publishes a tariff, so that route is quoted individually rather than estimated here.

Optional document and marketplace audit

The result is non-binding. Who is the obligated party, how the recycling levels are met, the classification of composite packaging and the tax treatment all require review. WEEE and battery costs are never estimated from a packaging table or a foreign-market proxy.

What the calculator does — and does not do

01

The statutory route

For each material the calculator takes the 2026 recycling level, treats the unmet share as the shortfall and prices it at the statutory rate per kilogram. Nothing is owed at or below one tonne of total packaging, or where the whole fee comes to 100 zł or less.

02

The recovery-organisation route

Contracting a recovery organisation transfers the recycling levels and is normally materially cheaper than the statutory fee. No Polish organisation publishes a tariff, so this route is quoted per tonne on request and is never given a number here.

03

Separate cost owners

Standard is an indicative €474/year plus €150 initial setup. You remain the registered party and the debtor, and pay the marshal and any recovery organisation directly. The registration and annual fees, the product fee, VAT and other third-party costs stay separate.

Calculator questions

+

Why can the whole estimate show €0?

At or below one tonne of total packaging in a calendar year the fee falls away as de minimis aid, claimed by application by 15 March. Separately, a total fee of 100 zł or less is not collected. Neither removes registration, the registry number on documents, the annual fee or the report.

+

Which rates and levels are used?

The 2026 recycling levels and the statutory product-fee rates per kilogram published by the Minister of Climate and Environment. The server records the rate-card version and its effective date in the estimate payload.

+

Does the result grant Amazon Starter?

No. Starter is an indicative €399 first-year / €299 renewal reference for a narrow marketplace-only profile. Establishment, channel, weight and trading history need a human review.

+

What remains quote-only?

WEEE, batteries, the recovery-organisation route, the document and marketplace audit and any regularisation of past trading need manual scoping. Selecting them marks the estimate as open rather than inventing an external tariff.
