A documented Polish packaging route,
from scope to the annual filing.
We coordinate the foreign-company BDO route around the entity, channel and packaging actually placed on the Polish market. Your company stays the registered party and the debtor of every statutory charge, and pays the marshal and any recovery organisation directly.
Indicative private-service pricing: Amazon Starter €399 in year one · Standard €474/year + €150 setup · registry fees, recovery-organisation charges and the product fee excluded

Timing depends on document completeness and independent registry and scheme review
The outcome
One traceable packaging file for the Polish market
- Responsible entity, channels and packaging components recorded
- BDO application, registry number and recovery-organisation contract kept together
- Annual tonnage, fee payments and filing receipts organised against the calendar
The Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship alone decides the entry and issues the registry number
Poland has a real state register, and the number belongs on your invoices
A foreign company can and must register itself in BDO; no Polish company or branch is required. Carrying the nine-digit registry number on invoices and other business documents is a statutory duty, not a scheme rule.
Where a Polish packaging file commonly breaks
The volume threshold is read as a registration threshold
Registration is owed from the first parcel. The one-tonne de minimis threshold removes the recycling levels and the fee, never the entry in the register.
The registry number never reaches the documents
The number has to appear on invoices and other business documents. A number sitting only in a marketplace field leaves the statutory duty unmet.
The end of February is missed
An unpaid annual fee leads to deletion from the register, which silently invalidates the number already given to Amazon and Allegro.

Frequently asked
Do we need a Polish company or a branch?
No. A foreign entrepreneur registers directly. Without a Polish branch the application is filed on paper with the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, with a certified copy of the signatory's passport and a declaration of non-residence; documents from outside the EU need an apostille and a sworn Polish translation.
Who pays the statutory charges?
You do. You are the registered party, you contract any recovery organisation in your own name and you pay the marshal directly. Our proposal separates the private service fee from every third-party charge.
Below one tonne, is there nothing to do?
No. Below one tonne of total packaging the recycling levels, the product fee and the education contribution fall away as de minimis aid, on application by 15 March. Registration, the number on documents, the annual fee by the end of February and the annual report all remain.
Can you guarantee the entry or a completion date?
No. The marshal has thirty days from a complete application and retains its own review. We prepare and coordinate the agreed work.
